WE ARE A GENUINE & LEGITIMATE HAIR COMPANY. BELLEORAMA BEAUTY is an existing brand since 2018. We are a fully registered and authorized business with a physical store at Dansoman, Accra, Ghana.
We’ve sold thousands of wig pieces locally and internationally over the years and we still continue to do so. Our wig designs are bespoke, unique and rare.
We take our time to design styles that are timeless, detailed, stand out and pleasing to the eyes. All items displayed on our timeline and website are hand crafted, styled, recorded and filmed by us. We do not source, use or borrow content from the internet.
As a prestigious business, we do not involve in scam/fraudulent transactions. What you see is what you get. Kindly take a moment and scroll through our page and do your due diligence before making enquiries and purchase. Respectfully, if you still have trust issues, please do not engage us. This will save us both time and make your ordering process easier and smoother.
WORKING HOURS & RESPONSE
We open MONDAYS – SATURDAYS from 9am till 7pm. Message responses are within that same time frame. Kindly bear with us when responses are slow. We juggle production, customer service and communication through the day, so be patient, we could be attending to a client and we will surely serve you as soon as we can.
PRODUCT PRICE & DETAILS
Before making enquiries in our DMs, kindly read the post caption to find all product description & prices. These details are in the caption of every post. All prices are stated in GHANA CEDIS. Kindly convert to your preferred currency, as we may not be familiar with the daily conversion rate to your local currency.ORDER & PROCESSING TIME

Before doing so, kindly READ CAPTION to find the wig details which will always have the PRICE boldly stated.
Currently our usual processing time is 3-5 working days. This is because our designs are BESPOKE, meaning it’s “made-to-order” or custom- made. Also means our pieces are made based on a client’s specification. Incase of delay in production due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will communicate clearly.
Also note that, we only accept FULL PAYMENT before production begins. In cases where an order exceeds certain amounts, we require 70% deposit.
PAYMENT BEFORE DELIVERY
We only do FULL PAYMENT BEFORE DELIVERY, even before production. We are very particular about this. Mostly because our wigs are made-to-order, as explained in the previous point. If this condition makes you uncomfortable, feel free to pass by our store and make payment to order.MEASUREMENTS, FITTINGS & INSTALLATION.
We require ACCURATE HEAD MEASUREMENT to create your piece, this will ensure your unit fits properly. We have a “how to measure” chart we will share with you after you order. Kindly request for it after you order incase you are not asked.FITTINGS. This is very important and we encourage it. At no extra cost, you can make it to our store to fit your unit. This gives us the chance to do necessary alterations & final styling touches to fit your face.
INSTALLATION. This is done at your request at an extra cost. The attending stylist will inform you of the types and charges of lace installs we offer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & LOCAL DELIVERY
SHIPPING & DELIVERY IS NOT FREE. Neither is it included in the wig price.We deliver locally via dispatch riders. We do not have a fixed fee for this as charges are based on your location and rate. The dispatch rider will give you a call when your item is ready and will inform you of the charge. You can also send a trusted courier to pick up your item.
We ship internationally via DHL express only. Shipping fees currently start at GHC 653 worldwide. Fee may increase based on the weight of wigs. Kindly confirm the current fee at time of purchase.
FEEDBACKS, REVIEW & CRITICISM
We love them all. Please don’t hold back your excitement, satisfaction & disappointment. It is our pride to give you great value for your item but undeniably we’re human and we may falter. Even though we’re sure of the quality we provide, in case you receive your item and you notice an issue, please do not hesitate to draw our attention. We will quickly help with tips and advice on how to make it work.STYLING CAPABILITY
We advise customers to own styling tools in order to be able to restyle their units overtime. We sell 100% human hair, which means it behaves just like your natural hair. It will get dry, tangle and straighten overtime. No curls are permanent, especially on a pixie wig. We will not be held responsible for events arising days later due to normal wig wear & tear like styling issues. This is not a defect but a natural happening. The best we can do is aid with styling videos and product recommendations.Alternatively, you can bring it back to our store for styling services at an extra cost.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
⁃ A customer is entitled to refund or exchange a product — if the wrong item was delivered.⁃ A customer is entitled to exchange a product — if the item is the wrong size (small). This clause excludes “CUSTOM COLOR / ORDER”.
⁃ With the above mentioned, the product must be returned in the same condition it was sent within 24hrs of receipt.
⁃ All delivery or logistics fees will be borne by the customer.
⁃ A customer is not entitled a refund or exchange a product — if it was a custom order (custom color, custom cut etc)
⁃ A customer is not entitled to a refund or exchange a product — if it was customized on request (lace cut, tinted lace etc)
